Every year around this time, like most people, I reflect on the past year. I think about what I have done, or didn’t get around to. Goals I have met or didn’t, weight I lost or gained (Grrrr! it’s always gained). This year has been amazing. I feel so lucky that I get to do what I love with one of my favorite people in the world. I have watched my dream turn in to a reality. To this day I am still so amazed how photography can touch lives and just bring so much joy. That is what art does.

Yes, I have goals and I want things to be bigger and better and faster! I am thinking this year, instead of just wanting more….. what’s wrong with remembering to also want what you already have? I am exactly where I should be. I am so thankful for everything I have and am so excited to see where this coming year will take me. Here’s to a very Happy New Year!
