One of my favorite quotes from the great Mr John Lennon. Life is so busy. I find myself always thinking about A Girl and A Camera, coming up with new ideas, staying on top of the latest and greatest and running a business – not to mention having a social life. Between all that is going on it’s nice to stop and just… stop! I had an interesting conversation the other day about how yoga and meditation changed my life. Being in the moment does amazing things to a person. And I just realized I don’t do it enough these days. The funny thing is when I am behind the camera, being in the moment “just happens”. I can’t help it. Maybe I need to walk around like that all the time. This is just a reminder to sometimes simply stop and think of nothing – it will do wonders!
