Once upon a time, he slid into her DM’s and their love story began. And guess what? It has a happy ending! I had the honor of capturing their special day, and let me tell you, everything about their wedding was absolutely beautiful. From her gorgeous gown to the flowers and candles that decorated the reception.
The ceremony took place at the St Mary’s College redwood grove. This amazing spot is nestled in the Moraga Valley, right in the heart of the East Bay hills. Saint Mary’s College of California is just a short distance from San Francisco and Oakland, making it a perfect location. Surrounded by towering redwoods and their loved ones, they exchanged their vows in an intimate setting. Plus, they had their adorable fur baby on-site to be part of the ceremony. I love a dog at a wedding. It makes the day that much sweeter.
After the ceremony, the festivities continued at The Clubhouse at the Orinda Country Club. This venue boasts a Spanish Mediterranean-style clubhouse with stunning banquet and dining rooms, cozy fireside lounges, and a lovely veranda that overlooks the 18th fairway of a championship golf course. It was the ideal place to celebrate their love and capture the laughter, happy tears, and high-fives throughout the day. And let’s talk about the dancing! It was an absolute joy to witness and capture their moves on the dance floor. The energy was contagious, and it truly highlighted the love and excitement that filled the air.
Their love story is one for the books. From that first DM slide to a beautiful wedding day, it’s a tale of love and happiness. I feel incredibly lucky to have been a part of their journey and to have had the opportunity to document their special day.
