When Haley & TJ had to moved to their wedding to the family home in Palo Alto because of our old friend Covid, I got super excited. This home has been in the family for years and years. The one thing 2020 has taught us is to pivot and that is what we did! The new plan was a sweet, socially-distant backyard wedding. They decided to get married now, and celebrate with friends and family next year when it’s safe. They were lucky enough to have a small wedding at TJ’s family home, in a lovely backyard graced with California Redwood Trees, flowers and grandma’s classic car. Then headed over to the historic Gamble Garden for portraits. Yes, their wedding was smaller, but I like to think that good things come in small packages! Their wedding was beautiful, intimate and perfect. I am so happy I could capture their special day for them!
