A sunny afternoon in Pleasanton recently played host to Alex’s 15th birthday — her Quinceañera. The Quinceañera is the tradition of Mexican families to proudly celebrate their daughter’s entry into young womanhood. There is a full mass and a party following. She was excited (especially when it came to Converse! What girl doesn’t love a pair of Converse?) and looked quite beautiful. Here are are few of my favorites.
