A Gorgouse Mt. Tamalpais Engagement Session

When your wedding in Mexico was cancelled due to COVID, these two came up with a Plan B. Like so many others, they had to change their course and do a hometown wedding in San Francisco. But before their wedding day, they wanted to celebrate their engagement with an engagement session. I can’t think of a better reason to finally peel yourself out of those sweatpants, actually do your hair and put on that outfit you’ve been staring at for the last 7 months. (Hooray! A reason to wear it!) We hiked around one of my favorite photoshoot locations, Mt. Tamalpais, on a windy evening. I have shot there time and time again, and it never disappoints. (Even a windy night is a good night there.) Per the MOB (“Mother of the Bride”, for you non-wedding peeps), remember a “masks on” shot! Because when we look back on 2020, “the mask” will definitely be a reminder of the year that kept everyone home. Looking forward to capturing this sweet couple’s wedding!
